There's a stranger in our house...

My long john silver, "hanging out" on the chaise. He was just sitting there so contentedly waiting for his bottle. Too cute!

Well I got to finish my decorating today. It's so Christmasy in here! Ian finished painting our staircase and Peyton played and napped. It was a pretty nice Saturday and good to have Ian home for a third day in a row! Last night I was telling him how I wished he's shave his goatee off because I missed kissing his hairless face. He's had it for almost a year! Well, to my surprise this morning he did it! Yikes! I almost didn't recognize him and immediately asked how long it would take to grow back? Be careful what you wish for girls! He looks fine without it, don't get me wrong, but I just got so used to it and I think aside from the scratchy kisses I like it better on him. He was such a sport about it though, said the one big drawback was that his chin felt wet all day - guess it's just not used to being exposed to the air. We rounded out the day working on Peyton's "creepy crawling". He's getting closer to the real thing. I'll keep you posted!

Go Peyton you can do it! Can't wait to hear that he is on the move. I am sure it will be soon. Then when he is digging into something he isn't supposed to you will miss the days he was stationary.
