I went to check the mail yesterday and was delighted to see a key in my box - this means I have a package - an unsolicited package! I open the box and there before me is a box addressed to none other than Maggie "Wrenchy". I do think this is the first time Miss Maggie has ever received a care package. It was from our friend Cindy, pooch mama to Andy. I quickly opened it up and inside was a darling doggie bandana, a recipe book for homemade doggie biscuits, a bone cookie cutter and just in case I'm too lazy to assemble the proper ingredients for some biscuits, there is a darling jar of biscuit mix. I was home today without Ian so I decided I'd make Maggie her biscuits. I whipped them up and waited for them to cool before offering her one. At first she dropped it on the floor and just stared at it and then she gobbled it up and came trotting back to me and plopped her hiney down to ask for another. They were a hit! She's had four today and is very appreciative.
