Last night, I took off with a girlfriend to see 27 Dresses, the new romantic comedy starring Katherine Heigl. I was so excited just to get to actually go to a theater and see a chick flick that I didn't even care if it was any good. To my surprise, it was very good. I think the smile permablasted on my face only disappeared during one slightly sad scene. Katherine Heigl was very likable in this movie and James Marsden (X-Men, Enchanted) was delicious - can I say that? Okay, he was VERY likable too... I don't buy many movies but this one ranked up there with 13 Going on 30 for overall feel goodness so it'll definitely become part of my collection when it's released to DVD. Grab your girlfriends and go - your $8 won't be wasted!
P.S. All you McDreamy fans will be interested to know that he has a new romantic comedy coming out in May called Made of Honor - It looks REALLY cute!
