We had his 2 year well visit yesterday and once again he is at the top of the charts for height and weight - the kid is 3 feet tall!!!! Here are some pictures from his party...enjoy!

Peyton's 2nd Birthday Party
Saturday was Peyton's 2nd birthday! We invited both our families and celebrated with a doggie theme. Peyton was still pretty clueless about the day but the timing was good for him to get a lot of extra attention (with a new sister in the house) so I think he had a good time regardless of if he "got" what the day was about. He got some great gifts too...a sandbox, Radio Flyer Wagon, toy piano, firetruck, magnet and chalk boards for his play area and a few other fun items. He was so cute with the gifts because he opened the first one and then just wanted to play with it. He had no concept of "more" when it came to gifts which is funny because "more" is definitely in his vocab.

Such fun memories for you all! What a big boy. I think there's a "rule" that the height your child is at 2 when doubled is the height he'll be as an adult. Ashtyn's Easter dress is beautiful. Are you getting any sleep these days?
Well his Dad is 6'1" so there is a good chance he will hit around 6'. I actually AM getting pretty good sleep. Ashtyn is a champion sleeper - I sometimes have to wake her at night to feed her - we'll see if that lasts or not but Peyton was quite similar from the start so I'm hopeful! Thanks for the comments!

And I'm jealous of lil sis sleeping through the night. Jayden is 11 months and still wakes up a couple of times during the night sometimes.
