The week...

So I should probably be nursing right now instead of blogging but my sweet Angel... ...is sleeping like, well, a baby. I have no new pictures of her - at least none that have turned out but let me assure you, she remains cute as ever.

Peyton has done pretty well this week. I've learned to distract his "moments" with phone calls to Namma. The other night I was talking to her on my blue tooth headset and he wanted in on the action - he did quite well as you can see - knew just what to do with that thing. The kid is amazing.

We've had crazy weird weather this week, the first official week of spring...snow, hail, pouring rain, more snow,
sunshine and um, snow again. This all took place in the course of five hours one day and continued through the week. Strange days...

Wednesday we lost our power precisely 1 minute before American Idol started. Arrrggghhh! It stayed off until 12:30 am only to go out again right as I was about to make a pot of coffee at 7:45 am. Magically it returned again at 12:30 pm. Odd. It was nice to have an "in" at the power company to keep me posted as to WHY it was out and when I could expect it's return. I HATE being without power. Everything is way too quiet. I found that I really take my modern day conveniences for granted.

All in all it'
s been a pretty decent week. Ashtyn continues to sleep well at night, as does Peyton - both kids have been giving us sleep-ins until about 9:00 am! Ian has me watching a lot of March madness and I have to admit, it doesn't totally suck. He's also been taking Peyton on bike rides - isn't he so cute in all his gear?

I have to say I am totally jealous sleep wise. I just take it one day at a time. I don't hate March Madness either. The games are good so it is fun to watch. Can't wait to see a new pic of the newest addition.

Oooh. Can I get a sleep transfusion from you? My kids are always up at the crack of dawn. They are my roosters. And Jayden, like I mentioned on your other post, wakes up one or two times in the middle of the night. At least he's a good napper during the day.
