Happy Birthday ladies...

That's Kirsten with Peyton. She is newly married to Nathan and just turned 30 last Tuesday. Peyton had a good time with Auntie Q as she is affectionately called.

Today was a fun day! We went to church and came home, did some chores and then it was off to Seattle to celebrate Aunt Kirsten & Aunt Johanna's birthdays. It was a really nice afternoon at Ian's Mom's place. It was around the mid 80's but ample shade was provided by the large trees in her back yard so it was very comfortable. All of Ian's brothers and their wives were there as well as Ian's Mom. It's weird to say "their wives" because two of them just got married this month and it has yet to sink in that they are married. It is nice to see everybody so happily married. Now we're just waiting for some "Wrenchy" cousins for Peyton...no pressure gals!

We did a drive by on a house in University Place that is in our price range. It is a major case of right location, wrong house. It's an awesome location 10 minutes from everything we love and on a 1/4 acre but the house is just not us in the least and in need of A LOT of cosmetic fixes that would take us years to complete and we're just not up for that right now. We're content in our current house, just hate the location. No hurry, we'll wait for the right place.

So here we start another week. They really fly by for me now that I have Peyton. If you think time isn't passing, have a kid. It's crazy. I'm soooo glad I get to stay home with him. I really do feel sorry for Moms who have to work outside the home and don't get all this time with their babies. I wouldn't trade this time for anything in the world.
