Today was such a "blah" day. Not in a bad or down mood sort of way but it just felt tired. It was so weird, I had so many productive things I could've done today and had the motivation for none of them. Maybe Peyton felt that way too. That would explain why he took two REALLY long naps today. And then Ian returned from work feeling the same "blah" feeling. Was it something in the air? Hopefully tomorrow is different, I don't enjoy being totally unproductive. I did get a few things done in my laziness, however. I sorted through and entire bin of baby clothes that were mostly 18-24 months just in the hopes of finding a few smaller items. I hit the jackpot with some adorable 6-9 month sized jeans. I sooo wanted to buy him a pair at Old Navy the other day but couldn't stomach the $14.50 price tag for something so small and temporary. Well, my frugalness was rewarded! I spent quite a bit of time organizing our myriad of Peyton pictures into folders by month of age. That took quite awhile. Let's see what else? Oh, yes, I picked up a new Quarterback for my fantasy football team. Yes! I have a fantasy football team and I am so excited about it! I grew to love watching the NFL last year when Ian played FF and decided I just had to get in on the action this year. I also bought a pair of Dansko shoes on ebay today. Ebay is such a wonderful invention full of such heartache and joy. I had these shoes locked in at $40 for days and then along comes some little novice with one purchase under her belt and bids me up to $82!!!! Aaaaaaagh! I won them though! They are brand new and retail for $122 so $82 is still a deal and Danskos are worth every stinking penny....can't wait to get them! Okay, I'm done justifying my existence for the day...

Ditto on the "blah| day....I did babysit Gage for over 3 hrs. and I was reminded once again why 60 yr. old women don't have babies....the fussy bussy wore me out. He wasn't as easy to comfort as Pepe'. The thumb is very cute in his darling little face!
You're not going to believe this but that was my day too! I did NOTHING around my house, just vegged out, I did make my bed though...This picture of Peyton made me smile, I sucked my thumb for an obnoxious amount of years! He's so beautiful he makes me smile.
Victoria sucked her thumb, it was a blessing because she became a self soother at nap times. It took a while to get rid of (still unknowingly at times in the night SHHH!:) but she seems to have no side effects with her teeth. Emma was a binki baby and we had to wake up many times in the night to give it back to her when she lost it, ugh! Also, weening off it was a cold turkey or nothing kinda thing, it was hard. Peyton looks like he has been looking for that thing since utero!
