Whatcha can't see is Maggie's antics off to the right. She had Peyton laughing pretty hard. Ian had to hold his hands in to his chest because he kept flinging them out to the side and then he'd faceplant! Man it felt like fall today! I loved it! Found myself inspired to take Peyton AND Maggie for a brisk walk BY MYSELF. Lesson learned. It is not so much fun trying to manage a very hyper Maggie and a very fluid jogging stroller with ultra precious cargo. She jerks and we all go with her! I did finally get her under control though and enjoyed talking with my good friend "Lala" on the phone during the walk. That, and an afternoon visit from Suzi left me feeling rich and spoiled by the good friendships I have. I don't think I have one shallow friendship and am deeply blessed that God has put so many quality women in my life.
Ian and I got our official life insurance package delivered tonight. It's one of those things that we talked about doing long before Pey arrived and finally got around to doing. It is a very secure feeling but I hope we never have to take advantage of it!
Please pray for the Henson family this week. Greg's Grandpa Bud passed away this morning and while it wasn't unexpected, Bud will surely be missed.
