Peyton got his first ride on Daddy's shoulders tonight and was so enamored with the top of Daddy's head.Cleaned my hiney off today. I still hadn't unpacked from the week out of town so today was the day. Not only did I do that (huge job) but I also, vacuumed, dusted, did 3 loads of laundry and picked up the rest of the house. I lit candles and had dinner in the oven when Ian got home. I felt he deserved to come home to a warm peaceful house tonight. He never complains if the house isn't perfect but he sure notices when I do something so it was fun to surprise him. Peyton helped by taking a 3 hour nap this afternoon...
He ate really well this afternoon but wh
en Ian tried to feed him "pasta dinner" he was more interested in hamming it up for the camera than eating. I think more got on his face than in his mouth.

Yeah, the long naps make clean-up much easier.
