Happy shopping day to me...

Busy, crazy day of grocery shopping today. It was a big day - had the Durango completely loaded after Costco and Safeway. It felt good though, didn't buy ANY processed foods - even got the ingredients to make my own spaghetti sauce. I made it through Costco at lunch time with samples everywhere and not one ended up in my mouth. This is huge! I'm feeling very accomplished this week on the new eating plan and really enjoying coming up with new and exciting meals based on healthy whole grains. Okay some of you are thinking "shut up already Nicole". I'm not writing any of this to guilt anyone else. This is just for me and a big deal for me and hey, it's MY blog. Ha ha.

Big news! Chris and Jessica, our good friends in Reno just had their second child, a baby girl named Kelsie Grace. She looks just like her Mommy and came very fast and drug free. Way to go Jess!
