My two fellas, sitting so contentedly on the couch listening to Christmas music after dinner. So today I decided to break my housebound streak and venture out to the grocery store and to my WW meeting. I got Peyton all bundled up (because it still frigid) and loaded in the car and turned the ignition only to hear "tick, tick, tick"..."tick, tick, tick". It wouldn't start. It wasn't the battery, all the lights and bells and whistles were working but it definitely wouldn't start. Funny we had this problem on Thanksgiving too. That time Ian changed the starter fuse and he lit right up. He took him out yesterday and he ran just fine so "why me, why now?" I needed this outing, I craaaaved this outing. I called Ian and he suggested "borrowing" fuses from other less necessary accessories like the mirrors or the heater. FINALLY after a nice rendition of musical fuses, it started. We DO think something is the matter with our dear Humphrey's starter, however and the timing couldn't be better with Christmas right around the corner.
So these pics are just funny to me, I hadn't realized the succession of the yawns until I uploaded the pictures. Maybe it's only funny to me...Ian will probably have something to say about me posting this one of him, heh, heh.

Two peas in a pod......the music must have been soothing...
A full belly, a Christmas Tree filled with lights and soft music in the background I'd be yawning too.
