Here is a shot of Peyton "riding" on his little car from Papa and Grandma. It's been a fussy week, a cuddly week, an active week, a lonely week, a long week and a rewarding week. Sound familiar to any other S.A.H.M.'s? Peyton is teething. Peyton is not normally a fussy baby but when Peyton doesn't feel good all bets are off. I have NO IDEA which parent he gets that from... He doesn't want to be held, put down, play independently, play with me, or crawl. Basically, when his
little mouth is a throbbin' NOTHING works. But oh, my precious, I love him so. He does snuggle a little more this week before he arches his back to get down only to want back up! I had no plans for our days so we have spent each day at home; napping, playing, going for walks, snuggling and eating. Tomorrow is a day out so I am definitely looking forward to that! We WERE going to have house guests but they cancelled and while their coming was spur of the moment - I am disappointed that they aren't coming... it would ha
ve been a fun diversion. As you can see, we finally got him "walking" with his little toy. He was very afraid at first and would only fall back on his bottom or stand there and cry. Finally, Ian gave him a little nudge on his bottom and he just took off across the living room! When he stopped, however, he reverted to tears. Oh, the trauma of it all!

I love his hair. I totally know as a fellow S.A.H.M all you went through this week...
