Pardon me, but your polkadots are showing...

Peyton and I went to a huge community garage sale with Suzi and Luke on Saturday and found, to my great pleasure, several pairs of Baby Gap pajamas (my favorite pair is modeled here) as well as some other fine little Peyton clothes. I even managed to procure a nice cherry glider and ottoman for my friend Laura who is expecting in November and is doing her nursery in cherry. A couple of days later I found myself a glider for Peyton's room at the bargain price of $20!!! Yes, I love a deal!

Peyton is finally back to his old self - HALLELUJAH!! The bummer is he is now more attached to me than ever - not bad for me but it doesn't make Daddy feel too hot. He definitely has his giggle time with Daddy still but whines constantly for
Mama.

His newest trick is walking around "talking" on his toy cell phone. He is so funny,
he'll babble a while and then laugh as if whoever is on the other end just made a funny. He's also taken to bringing me shoes to put on. He'll cart over a flip flop and set it on my foot and look at me expectantly until I put it on, then he'll go get the other. I'm amazed that he seems to be able to differentiate between Mommy shoes and Daddy shoes.
