The best diet I've ever been on...
...Pregnancy. No kidding. So far I've LOST 5 lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. My mid-wife is thrilled for me since I obviously have no need to build up fat stores. I'm thrilled too although a little nervous that one of these days the scale will swing the other way since I haven't been eating like a dieter... We are at 20 weeks and had an ultrasound last Wednesday. We found out that we have a very healthy looking, normal baby growing in there and that it is also VERY modest. Legs were closed up tighter than a Cuban cigar. Sooo, we are hoping to get another peek on November 19th when I go in for my routine check-up. We'll keep you posted...

Yeah I was so thrilled I was losing and then bam gained some. Oops! But it does help to start in a deficit. I really hope you get to find out at your next appointment who Mr. or Ms. Modesty is.
