My cutie, copying Mama's favorite activity...wish you could hear him - he's got all the voice inflection and laughter down to a tee!
Well it's been quite a week. We're going through a major nap transition and it's been

His love of the pacifier...count 'em...1..2..3!
Otherwise, life has been pretty uneventful. I'm starting to get a little energy back from kid #2 - just enough for Peyton to suck back out of me. I have finally been able to get some things around the house done though and have even started cooking again so I'm feeling a little more back to normal. We are headed East this weekend so Ian can go to the Cougar game with Dad and Greg. This weekend is also Canadian Thanksgiving so of course we will be celebrating appropriately! (I'm hoping to bring home some good leftovers).
Peyton's learning lots of new words although he still doesn't say most of them without prompting. A few of my faves:
caca = not what you're thinking, it's cracker
gip = grape (his new favorite food)
Tutu = Ian's Mom (Tutu is Hawaiian for Grandma)
Cool = Nicole (my absolute fave of course)
Eee = Ian
Yiyi = Eli
bup = up
Everything else falls under "wookie" as Ian likes to call it...I'll try to get some good video of him practicing his words.
And finally, here is my photo story for the day...

Maggie's feeding time...
Of course we always wash up after such an activity...

...and make sure our p.j.'s get some of the action!

Love 'em....so CUTE! Feeding Maggie could occupy a lot of his time ......one Kibble at a time.......:-) His new haircut looks great! I'm looking forward to this week-end.
Too cute! I am glad you have been feeling a little better. I can't wait till I see Peyton again, maybe he will say Lala.
I love the pictures...they made me smile and laugh! I am so excited to see him...and you of course in just two days!
What does he call Maggie? It's a fun time!
He called her Aggie once a couple of months ago. Now he calls her Daw, sometimes Gee. Usually when I ask him to say Maggie his reply is Naw (no). I don't know what any of this means...
Wouldn't Daw-Gee be "Doggie"?
When you're over here would you have time to do lunch? I'd love to get to see you and meet Peyton. :)

Yeah, he just never says them together...I suppose he'll figure it out someday...
Okay, LOVE the pajama's! They are little old man pajama's and they are sooooooooo cute. Love the pictures! Have a GREAT time in the "east" and with your family. Time is so short when you visit for a weekend. I'm jealous you are all getting together and eating. Seriously you and your mom need to send a tape into Rachael Ray for her cooking challenge because you guys would WIN IT HANDS DOWN!!!!
