In the midst of it all Peyton has become MOSTLY potty trained. I say MOSTLY because he still wears a diaper at night although he is waking up less and less wet. He loves to make yellow water and sits on the big potty.
I've taken him out several times in underwear and he has (knock on wood) remained accident free. He loves to ride in "Mommy's car" and sing the Cars song (Life is a Highway) over and over. He's taken to showers rather than baths and constantly asks me "what your doing Mommy?" even when it's painfully obvious. In other Peyton news, his fear of dinosaurs has grown to include sharks and lions. He is really afraid of the dinosaur that apparently lives in our house. We have to pray at each bed time that the dinosaur will leave Peyton alone. Today I caught him praying that very prayer for Ashtyn's naptime..."Dear Jusus, keep the dinosaurs, sharks and lions away from Ashtyn. Amen"...I kid you not. He is such a dear sweet boy...I just hope that blasted dinosaur doesn't eat him up when I'm not looking.
Ashtyn is 11 months now and I can't believe her birthday is around the corner. She is such a cute little thing. I loooove her blossoming personality! She is still only belly scootin' her way around and has shown little initiative to pull up on anything, although she will stand if you place her at her play table.
She is self feeding very well and despite her lack of teeth (NONE) is NOT a picky eater. She adores Peyton almost as much as he adores her and has become increasingly aware of Maggie lately. I love this girl, she is a blessing from God.
Well, that's about it from me for now...posting may be sparse until after the move. I promise to post pictures once we're settled...a virtual house tour of sorts.

SWEET and so cute! love Namma
Thank goodness that you are moving into a new
Dinosaur FREE house! Maybe you can leave that fear behind.
Yeah, we're going to make a point of NOT packing the dinosaur!
I won't judge you for not posting recently. I haven't done a post in a while. I will hopefully have a chance this afternoon. Keep your fingers crossed. Ashtyn takes great photos.
So sweet that Peyt prays for his little sister. Have fun with the move. It's a lot of work but seems like it will be worth it!
