We were SUPPOSED to be closing on March 12th but were facing closing late on the purchase of our house because of an septic inspection delay. Then we found out that our buyers original financing fell through. Yikes! They SAY they have a new bank that will finance them but their underwriter is running 2 weeks behind which pushes closing back 2 weeks. It looks like our end of the deal is going to finish fairly smoothly but now I am a little worried that our buyer will lose financing again and we will be stuck here. This has been pretty stressful to say the least! I am in the mode of trusting God to take care of it and am asking for prayer for a smooth closing for BOTH houses. That's about it for now, will update when I know more.
Oh, and for those of you who only come here for the kids I leave you with these...
