Today was spent at good old Safeco field. We had great seats with a beautiful view of the Seattle skyline. The Mariners lost to the Texas Rangers, breaking our Safeco winning streak but we didn't care. It was a fun day out with our two little growing families. Ian started the day
with a 10k run called the Bank to Bay and then met us at the train for the ride to the game. He is so energetic!! We stopped off at the Seahawk store where we checked the game score and picked up a Seahawk's hat for Ian and a toy truck for Eli and then it was on to Safeco. We got to our seats and realized we were not in the sun and would not be in the sun for the remainder of the game
. This was a little disconcerning considering we had all dressed for hot sunny weather and it was 61 degrees and breezy with no sun at our backs. Fortunately I had brought a sweatshirt and jeans for Peyton but Ian and I froze. 
Greg, Courtney and Eli had a great time and Eli decided to see if his truck liked beer as much as Daddy. It was very funny!

Did I hear Texas beat Seattle? Well, I don't even know who the Texas Rangers are so I guess it's not a big rivalry for me anyway! I still love SEATTLE!
Yeah, but Seattle won two of the three games in the series. Houston has a team too, the Astros. Stay loyal to Seattle Niki, don't let them get you!
I will have you know that I always root for Seattle, even in the stadium here! I am not afraid of those Ranger fans. Nicole, I hope you don't mind that Court passed along this address. I love the pictures of the boys. I can't wait to have my own little bundle of joy!
Of course I don't mind Michelle! She always keeps me updated on you too. I can't wait for you to have your baby either! You will be such a great Mommy!
