T.G.F.TiVo

As you can see Peyton has become quite the little sitter and hardly topples over at all anymore.

It's official, fall is here. We have rainy, dreary mornings followed by crisp sunny afternoons. There's football on T.V. 3 out of 7 days of the week and the networks are loaded with new and returning favorite shows. I don't have as much time for television as I did pre-Peyt but I will certainly make time for my favorites. The Amazing Race, for example. They kicked off the latest season right in my own backyard and it looks to be a good one. I would love to participate in that show if I had the freedom and courage to do half the things they do. They ate fish eyeballs last night, not exactly my cup of tea. There's a new fox show called Justice that I have taken a liking to and then there's good old Grey's Anatomy which starts this Thursday, yay! I will have to TiVo it because it is up against CSI which Ian and I have been watching since the beginning. I actually end up TiVoing most of what I want to watch and then catch up during the day while Peyton naps so it's become quite a useful appliance in our household.

I felt like Carp all day today due to allergies, aha! another sign of fall! I still managed to pull off 4 loads of laundry (including removing those blast chocolate stains from one of my previous loads), homemade soup for dinner and Peyton got a bath! He smells like sweet lavender! As I write this Peyton is "chasing" Maggie around the house and laughing it up. So darling...

Ian carries him facing away from him and kind of holds him out in front and they chase Maggie and then Maggie chases them. It makes Peyton laugh and it gives Mags a thrill too.
