This is my McCutey mesmerized by the fire. I'm guessing we'll need to get some sort of guard or something for that once he's on the move. He just sat there and stared at that fire for the longest time. Who needs t.v.?Big productive day today. Got the car mostly loaded for our trip tomorrow, baked a dense chocolate pie, made some pink candied popcorn (for someone else). Mom asked me if I was off the wagon or something. Noooo, I assured her - all of my efforts were for others...for the most part. I felt very domestic - even made the pie crust from scratch. We're having dinner with Courtney, Greg, Eli, Mike & Laura tomorrow so I offered to bring dessert - all the way across this great state of ours!
