Blog catch up

This is Peyton's new favorite toy. He got it for Christmas from Auntie Courtney and Uncle Greg and Cousin Eli. He just loves to stand here and push all the buttons.

Ok, so it's been pointed out to me that I've been a blog delinquent. Here is proof of life on my end... It's been a really busy week. Ian got home on Saturday and we spent Sunday going to church and then to a bowling party, yes I said BOWLING party, in the afternoon.

Peyton and I at the bowling alley, he wasn't so sure of it...

Monday I had a Doc appt. that took up half my day, Tuesday, a Chiro (Geez, I'm not sounding very healthy am I?) and on to Costco...It's really hard working all my errands around Peyton's nap times - he's such a regular little napper but I guess it helps to keep me home for a good amount of time! Wednesday was spent cleaning my house in anticipation for my parents arrival from San Francisco on Wednesday night. I made up a pot of spaghetti sauce and we had a nice big family dinner. They were down there hanging out with friends and my dad saw a Doc outside of San Fran about his hand and had it fixed - it was good to be able to shake his hand (for those of you who know of the problem, you'll understand). Yesterday, we were out and about and Peyton had to have a shot and today I had to go to the dentist. I JUST finally got the feeling back in the right side of my upper lip and cheek...made me feel REAL attractive all day with my droopy smile!

Grandma and Papa took Peyton for a walk around the living room, they were really cruisin' too!

Peyton news...he's abandoned military crawling and flies around the house on his hands and knees chasing Maggie. He absolutely loooves to stand and cruise around on anything he can grasp onto, including Mags - it's funny when he decides to take off because he cannot keep up and ends up on his bum... two teeth have decided to make their way into our little angel's mouth. They are barely visible now but you can sure feel them! We are planning a trip to the glass museum tomorrow and then Sunday is the Superbowl - GO COLTS!!!

He only looks like he is standing unsupported - that's Grandma's leg he's leaning on, but it was a big step for him to let go with his hands!

Wow, your folks look great. I love the picture of you with Peyton in that cute shirt. You look great yourself. Wish your mom was here. I could use a haircut and this morning I gave myself a botched bottle blond. Ick.

I thought of you during the game and your beloved Manning! I'm so glad your parents were able to visit you!!! Or rather Peyton. Ha ha. I know it was you too!!
